    Shankra’s commentary: O Partha, this is the state of being established in Brahman. One does not become deluded after attaining this. One attains identification with Brahman by being established in this state even in the closing years of one’s life. 2.72

    There are 3 form of spirit as mentioned in atma upnishad..first is the mortal form in form of our body ( material form) second is in form of emotions that are carried from one birth to other ( it is this form that endows one with natural gifts) and third is unanimous with the supreme form that led to creation ( purest and highest of all) we therefore should try to be in touch with this form by meditation and to make one with brahma…Om
